Ifari "Expressive Moods"

Artist History IFARI (Robert Carroll) grew up in a countryside village called Plaisance in the Country of Guyana. Raised with the love and guidance of his grand parents, he learned at an early age that his father was a musician, music teacher and player of many instruments. As he grew older and sought after his father, he found out his grandfather was also a music teacher and player of many instruments. What a discovery this was to him, it sealed his direction in the music industry. IFARI has since written many songs and worked with many musicans, performed as well with many artists and over the years has gained his comfort in this profession. As it has been stated by the Contrast News Paper out of Canada in its February 15,1990 commentary about IFARI, the writer classes him as a genius of a poet and songwriter - and indeed he is.
